Terms & Conditions

Presentation files should be in Microsoft PowerPoint format (.PPT/.PPTX) only with all fonts, videos, and audio files embedded.

The case title must not include any trade names (trade names may be used within the body of the case if necessary).

No patient-identifying information (including name, initials, date of birth), author names, or institution names should appear anywhere in the submitted case.

Please prepare your case using the following structure: Introduction – Case Presentation – Management – Discussion – Conclusions.

Figures and images are permitted, provided all identifying information is removed.

Presenters are requested to maintain a maximum presentation file size of 200 MB. However, presenters are advised to carry a backup copy on a USB drive.

Once the submission deadline has passed, cases cannot be modified.

All faculty presentations must be submitted in advance by 15th June 2026 through the App or through the weblink sicvtlive.com

The organising committee and AV team will not be responsible for compatibility issues. However, our team will be available to support at the preview room.

Speakers are requested to report to the preview room at least 2 hours prior to their session for final review and technical checks.

Use of personal laptops during presentations will be discouraged.

Presentations must comply with ethical, scientific, and copyright guidelines. The presenter will be solely responsible for the content shared.

By submitting, the presenter grants ICVT LIVE 2026 permission to use the material for conference archival, educational, and promotional purposes.

The organising committee reserves the right to refuse or restrict any content deemed inappropriate or non-compliant with scientific standards.
